  • 1 1/4 pounds cleaned smallmouth bass fillets
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 lime
  • Yogurt or crema

Method

  1. Keep fish cold and cut into large pieces.
  2. Coat with oil and paprika.
