Ingredients
- 1 pound cleaned blue river shrimp
- 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mild chile
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Wood or metal skewers
Method
- Mix lime, oil, chile, and honey.
- Coat the prawns and thread onto skewers.
- Grill, turning once, until the center reaches 145 F.
- Serve immediately.
