Ingredients
- 1 pound professionally cleaned or properly prepared sea cucumber
- 4 cups stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 2 scallions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
- Use only legally harvested sea cucumber prepared by someone experienced with the species.
- Rinse the prepared meat and cut into even pieces.
- Braise in stock, soy, and ginger until tender and thoroughly hot.
- Finish with scallion and sesame oil.
