Why choose this trail
A year-round waterfall hike. Follow the Woody Trail through forest to lower, middle and upper viewpoints. The middle viewpoint is a strong shorter turnaround; the listed route continues toward the upper falls.
Landscape & habitat
A wet Cascade-foothill forest surrounds the Wallace River and a three-tier waterfall, with the largest drop plunging 265 feet across mossy rock.
Access, passes & rules
A Discover Pass is required. The park is open year-round from morning to dusk and the popular lot can fill early.
Conditions & hazards
Stay behind viewpoint barriers and keep dogs leashed. Wet tread, winter ice and fast water are routine.
