Ebey's Landing Bluff Loop
Coastal prairie, working farmland, high bluff and beach in one compact loop. Check the tide, leash dogs, and stay back from the actively eroding edge.
Why choose this trail
Coastal prairie, beach and birding. The 3.5-mile loop follows the bluff above Admiralty Inlet, drops to the beach and returns along the shoreline. Tide and loose beach footing can change the effort.
Landscape & habitat
Glacial retreat shaped rare coastal prairie above an actively eroding marine bluff. The route joins farm fields, native prairie, lagoon, beach and Salish Sea habitat in one compact loop.
Access, passes & rules
State-park parking at the beach uses a Discover Pass or day fee. No potable water is available at trailheads.
Conditions & hazards
Stay on the crest trail to limit erosion and avoid the bluff edge. Dogs must be leashed; the trail is pedestrian-only.
